A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be refused future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
